Direct Stay Search is a free public directory of independently operated vacation-rental websites. It is a discovery service, not a booking agent, property manager, marketplace, or payment processor.
Using the directory
You may search and follow links to verified direct-booking websites. Search results, property details, and price ranges are informational. Confirm availability, total price, rules, cancellation terms, and the identity of the operator on the independent website before booking.
Submitting a website
Submit only public websites that genuinely offer short-term rentals and an independent booking or availability path. Do not submit marketplace listings, private systems, misleading pages, or content you are not permitted to share. A submission is published only after automated verification passes.
Independent websites
Direct Stay Search does not own or endorse listed rentals and is not a party to transactions made through them. Each operator is responsible for its website, property, prices, representations, reservations, guest service, and legal compliance.
Accuracy and availability
Public websites change. Verification means the listed site passed Direct Stay Search's checks on the displayed verification date; it is not a guarantee of future availability, pricing, safety, quality, or performance. Please report stale or incorrect records through support.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the service, attempt to bypass verification, submit harmful links, interfere with operation, or use the directory to facilitate unlawful activity. We may reject, quarantine, correct, or remove records that fail verification or these terms.
