How verification works

Direct Stay Search is a directory of independent vacation-rental websites. A submission begins with a URL, not a promise of publication.

1. Agents inspect the public site.They look for signals that it represents a vacation rental and a direct booking or inquiry route.
2. Agents capture only supportable directory facts.Examples include the represented city, property type, and capacity when the site makes those facts clear.
3. Only confirmed records are published.When the evidence is unclear, the record stays out of search and the submitter can provide the missing direct URL or factual detail.

Verification is not a review, endorsement, availability check, rate quote, or guarantee about a stay. Travelers complete booking decisions on the operator’s site.
